Ingredients

  • 50g Lime or lemon juice
  • 200g Fresh fish,  cut
  • 25g Red capsicum, dice
  • 25g Celery, dice
  • 10g Red onion, dice
  • 25g Spring onions, slice
  • 20g Bayleaf, chopped
  • 5g Parsley, chopped
  • 100g Coconut cream
  • 5g Roasted coconut slice.


1. Fish marinate in lime juice for 30 minutes. after then marinade fish drain, add coconut cream into the fish bowl.

 

2. Pour all vegetable ingredients  into marinade fish bowl. Season salt and pepper.

 

3. Garnish with roasted coconut.
